Position: Eco-Talent Development Specialist

Location: Hawaii, United States

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit environmentally aware professionals to contribute towards sustainable projects within Kaiser Permanente Hawaii.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent interested in making a positive impact on our community and environment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of talent development initiatives with our company's mission of environmental stewardship.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans for employees to enhance their contributions to sustainability efforts.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and events to cultivate a culture of environmental responsibility and sustainability within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a focus on sustainability, environmental studies, or related areas.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR, or talent development roles preferably within environmentally conscious organizations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire individuals towards sustainable practices.
Strong analytical skills to assess talent needs and design appropriate talent development programs.
A deep passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change through talent development initiatives.
