We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join us as our Youth Programs Development Manager, a pivotal role dedicated to shaping the future of young athletes across the state.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning and development of youth programs aimed at fostering talent and character development.
Collaborate with coaches, staff, and community partners to design inclusive and impactful initiatives that resonate with young athletes.
Oversee the implementation and evaluation of programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and youth development best practices.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement while maintaining a dynamic and engaging program environment.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently to support program sustainability and expansion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, or related field.
Proven experience in program development, management, or youth engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship building.
Passion for youth development, sports, and creating positive impacts within the community.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
