Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
SHRM certification is a plus.
