We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team at Lexington Habitat for Humanity ReStore, an organization committed to making a difference in the local community. We offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the Construction/Real Estate sector in Kentucky, without directly using those terms.
Position: ReStore Development Specialist
As a ReStore Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to transform lives through affordable housing. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with donors and suppliers
- Identifying potential store locations and acquiring suitable properties
- Managing the store's budget and financial operations
- Overseeing the construction, renovation, and maintenance of ReStore facilities
- Leading a team of dedicated volunteers and staff members
- Implementing innovative strategies for improving sales and customer experience
We are searching for someone with a strong passion for community development and a background in project management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to think creatively.
