We are in search of a dynamic individual to spearhead our sustainability efforts in a role that combines environmental stewardship with community outreach - the Eco-Initiative Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement eco-friendly strategies aimed at reducing our carbon footprint and promoting sustainable practices.
  • Forge partnerships with local communities and environmental organizations to amplify our conservation impact.
  • Lead educational programs on coastal conservation for both employees and the community.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our eco-initiatives through regular reports and sustainability assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management focusing on environmental or community initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and drive environmental awareness.
  • Passionate about protecting marine ecosystems and fostering sustainable practices.
