Responsibilities:

Design and implement eco-friendly strategies aimed at reducing our carbon footprint and promoting sustainable practices.
Forge partnerships with local communities and environmental organizations to amplify our conservation impact.
Lead educational programs on coastal conservation for both employees and the community.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our eco-initiatives through regular reports and sustainability assessments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or related field.
Proven experience in project management focusing on environmental or community initiatives.
Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and drive environmental awareness.
Passionate about protecting marine ecosystems and fostering sustainable practices.
