Position: Innovation Catalyst

Responsibilities:

Identify, attract, and recruit top talent from diverse backgrounds
Implement innovative strategies to enhance recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Collaborate with department managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective solutions
Create and manage engaging job postings on various platforms and evaluate applications
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and recommend qualified individuals to hiring managers
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, local organizations, and professional networks
Organize and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
Contribute to the development of our employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and candidates
Results-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
