Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical talent needs and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies
Utilize innovative techniques and tools to proactively identify, engage, and recruit passive and active candidates
Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to advise on competitive hiring practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Prior experience in technical talent acquisition and recruiting within the technology industry
In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, social media recruiting, and talent market research
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills to effectively evaluate candidates' qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
Proven track record of delivering results and meeting recruitment targets
