Position: Sustainable Development Specialist
Job Summary:
- Research, analyze, and implement sustainable development strategies within the Construction/Real Estate industry
- Identify opportunities for energy-efficient solutions and environmentally friendly practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and promote sustainable initiatives
- Monitor compliance with green building standards and regulations
- Prepare reports and documentation on sustainability performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in sustainable development or green building projects
- Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to sustainable construction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish
