North Dakota Farms Co. is a leading agricultural company dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmental consciousness in our operations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Sustainable Land Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable land management practices in accordance with local and federal regulations.
Conduct comprehensive environmental assessments to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Monitor and analyze environmental data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Advise on best practices for soil conservation, agroforestry, and water resource management.
Provide training and support to employees regarding environmental practices and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
Prior experience in sustainable land management or environmental consulting is preferred.
Strong understanding of environmental laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
