We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and our website.
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Collect and evaluate candidate feedback after the interview process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed selection decisions.
Negotiate job offers and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment metrics and trends for reporting purposes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices for talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a healthcare or related industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employment laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
