Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Hospitality Experience Curator to join our team. As a Hospitality Experience Curator, you will have the opportunity to craft exceptional guest experiences in our breathtaking environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative concepts to enhance our guests’ culinary journeys
Create and manage personalized guest itineraries and activities
Coordinate with local suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional quality
Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Oversee and train a team of experienced service staff

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hospitality-related role
A passion for creating exceptional and unique guest experiences
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and a keen eye for design
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
