Position: Senior Loan Officer
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Loan Officer. As a Senior Loan Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of loans related to the Construction/Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of borrowers
- Prepare and present loan proposals to clients
- Structure loan packages to meet client needs while minimizing risk exposure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and servicing
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Construction/Real Estate market and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and real estate professionals
- Monitor loan performance and address any potential issues proactively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial lending or a related field
- Proven track record in analyzing financial statements and assessing credit risk
- Strong knowledge of the Construction/Real Estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets
