Position: Senior Loan Officer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Loan Officer. As a Senior Loan Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of loans related to the Construction/Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of borrowers
Prepare and present loan proposals to clients
Structure loan packages to meet client needs while minimizing risk exposure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and servicing
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Construction/Real Estate market and industry trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and real estate professionals
Monitor loan performance and address any potential issues proactively

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial lending or a related field
Proven track record in analyzing financial statements and assessing credit risk
Strong knowledge of the Construction/Real Estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets
