Job Opening: Rewards and Career Development Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as a Rewards and Career Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive rewards program aimed at attracting and retaining top talent. You will play a key role in developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and implement a competitive rewards program that aligns with the company's objectives and values.
Conduct benchmarking and analysis of industry trends to ensure our rewards program remains competitive.
Collaborate with managers to identify individual and team-based performance metrics.
Develop career development plans and opportunities to support employee growth and retention.
Lead training and workshops to educate employees on the rewards program and career development opportunities.
Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in rewards and career development.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Relevant educational background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in developing and implementing rewards programs, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive results.
Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
