About the Position:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of construction and real estate projects
- Create and implement effective strategies to optimize building system functionality and efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation for building systems, including blueprints, maintenance procedures, and operating manuals
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Supervise on-site subcontractors and handle project coordination activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or facilities management
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods and building systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
