About the Role:

As a Brand Storyteller, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. You'll work closely with the communication and marketing teams to develop and implement cohesive brand messaging strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and impactful stories that effectively communicate our brand's value proposition
Create and manage content across various platforms, including social media, print, digital, and video
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency
Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovative storytelling
Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns to optimize messaging strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Proven experience in brand storytelling and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Ability to think creatively and bring fresh perspectives to storytelling
Passionate about the beauty industry and up-to-date with the latest trends
