Your Responsibilities

Manage and supervise various construction projects from initiation to completion
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate and oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support

Your Qualifications

Proven experience in construction project management or related field
Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Fluency in Swedish and English
