Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Energiedienst Holding AG, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our organization's growth and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates
Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage potential candidates, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and participate in in-person interviews, providing guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process
Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings to ensure the authenticity of candidate qualifications
Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize the recruitment process

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably within the energy industry
In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
A confident and professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus
