Your Role

As a Wellness Innovation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our research and development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify emerging trends in the beauty and healthcare domain and leverage your creative mindset to conceptualize innovative products and services. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of your ideas.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and industry trends
Develop groundbreaking wellness solutions that align with our company's mission
Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to create prototypes
Test and evaluate product prototypes, refining them based on feedback
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and scientific breakthroughs
Present your findings and proposals to senior management

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare sectors
A strong passion for innovation and a keen eye for market trends
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
