Position Overview

As an Innovative Solutions Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's technological advancements. Working closely with our project teams, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining various software applications and tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify software needs and develop innovative solutions
Design and implement software applications to enhance construction and real estate processes
Develop and maintain custom plugins and modules for existing software systems
Create intuitive user interfaces for seamless user experience
Perform software testing and debugging to ensure code quality
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, providing recommendations for improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in software development, preferably in the construction/real estate industry
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
