UMCG's Integrated Building Solutions department is seeking an Advanced Technologist to support our cutting-edge projects. As an Advanced Technologist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance the construction and real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize the design and functionality of buildings.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies in the construction industry.
Develop and implement sustainable building solutions to reduce energy consumption and enhance environmental performance.
Assist in the digitalization and automation of construction processes.
Contribute to the development of integrated smart building systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in the construction and real estate industry, demonstrating expertise in technological advancements.
Deep knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient solutions.
Proficiency in CAD software, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and other relevant digital tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both within multicultural teams and with external stakeholders.
Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
