Responsibilities:

Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-notch professionals
Conduct comprehensive job analyses and develop effective job profiles
Coordinate recruitment processes and evaluate candidates based on defined criteria
Oversee performance management systems and provide guidance to managers and employees
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies
Manage employee onboarding processes and ensure a positive experience for newcomers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration)
Proven experience in talent acquisition, competency mapping, and performance management
Strong understanding of organizational development principles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Fluency in Italian and English
