Position Overview:

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's performance, culture, and overall effectiveness. Your expertise in human resources and organizational development will contribute to our continuous growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-notch professionals
- Conduct comprehensive job analyses and develop effective job profiles
- Coordinate recruitment processes and evaluate candidates based on defined criteria
- Oversee performance management systems and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies
- Manage employee onboarding processes and ensure a positive experience for newcomers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration)
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, competency mapping, and performance management
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Fluency in Italian and English
