Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the design and implementation of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and efficient functionality.
Conduct regular inspections of building systems, identify maintenance requirements, and coordinate repairs.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize the lifespan and performance of various building systems.
Review blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to provide input during the design and construction phases.
Stay updated with technological advancements in building systems to recommend innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture).
Proven experience in building systems design, installation, and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and codes.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or other similar design software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
