  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to rewards and benefits programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in rewards and benefits, HR, or related roles.
  • Good understanding of legal regulations and compliance within rewards and benefits programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
