Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Delek US Holdings, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to the final selection.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify potential candidates
Evaluate candidates' qualifications, conduct interviews, and make recommendations to hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands and priorities
