Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Development Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Development Specialist at Cognizant, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Create and deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and learning activities.
Collaborate with managers to identify learning needs and develop customized development plans for employees.
Assess and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of talent management initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in talent development, employee training, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of learning and development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
