Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:

Identify and source top-tier candidates for various positions within the organization
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and design effective hiring plans
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels
Establish strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other recruitment sources
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
Demonstrated ability to attract and hire top talent
Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and screening candidates
Highly organized and detail-oriented
