Responsibilities:

Curate innovative and sustainable culinary experiences
Design menus that showcase locally sourced, organic ingredients
Collaborate with local farmers, suppliers, and artisans
Ensure high quality and consistency in food presentation
Create an engaging atmosphere for guests
Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques
Manage food costs and maintain budgetary requirements
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a culinary role
Passion for sustainable food and responsible sourcing
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
Flexibility in working hours and adaptable to changing schedules
