We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sustainability Advisor.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable practices across our operations, focusing on reducing our environmental footprint.
Conduct assessments to identify potential environmental risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into our business model.
Stay up-to-date with environmental legislation and industry best practices.
Provide training and support to employees, raising awareness and promoting a culture of sustainability throughout the organization.
Develop and manage stakeholder relationships, engaging with local communities and organizations to drive sustainable initiatives.
Monitor and report on key environmental performance indicators, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

A strong background in environmental science, natural resource management, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing sustainability initiatives, preferably in the agricultural or food processing industry.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and certification schemes.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and influence stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the current challenges and opportunities in the field.
