Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by attracting and acquiring top-tier talent. By utilizing your expertise in talent sourcing, recruitment strategies, and candidate assessment, you will ensure that our organization remains at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, educational institutions, and professional associations to expand our talent pool.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluation, background checks, and reference checks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement them in our recruitment processes.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- A proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and relevant employment legislation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are an asset.
