Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by attracting and acquiring top-tier talent. By utilizing your expertise in talent sourcing, recruitment strategies, and candidate assessment, you will ensure that our organization remains at the forefront of the industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, educational institutions, and professional associations to expand our talent pool.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluation, background checks, and reference checks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement them in our recruitment processes.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • A proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are an asset.
