Your Role:

Lead the development and implementation of sustainable infrastructure projects, adhering to the highest environmental standards and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to design and execute sustainable development strategies and plans.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify and evaluate potential projects.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Advocate for sustainable development practices within the company and promote awareness among employees and external stakeholders.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in sustainable infrastructure development, construction, or real estate.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability principles.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset and a strong analytical ability.
Passion for environmental preservation and a deep sense of social responsibility.
Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, BIM, and project management tools.
