Role Description

As the Guest Experience Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure that our esteemed guests receive unparalleled service during their stay at our exclusive retreat. You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, adept at creating extraordinary experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of guest services, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences
Collaborate with various departments to coordinate seamless guest services
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective measures when required
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hospitality management

Requirements

Previous experience in luxury hospitality management or related field
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to make quick decisions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality management or relevant field
