Job Opening: Development Manager

We are currently looking for a driven and experienced professional to take on the role of Development Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of project development, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development team through all stages of the project, including planning, design, and construction
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Conduct feasibility studies and market research to identify potential opportunities
Negotiate contracts and secure permits and approvals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration)
Proven track record in project development, preferably in the Construction/Real Estate industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
