About the Role

As the Innovation and Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the hospital's communication strategies and media engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and implementing innovative communication campaigns to promote our services and brand
Developing engaging content across various platforms, including social media, website, and email newsletters
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging
Monitoring media trends and identifying opportunities for publicity and brand exposure
Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders
Evaluating the success of communication initiatives and making recommendations for improvement

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of digital and social media platforms
Ability to think creatively and outside the box
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
