Job Description:

Collaborate with clients to understand their aesthetic preferences and needs
Create and design unique floral arrangements to enhance the beauty of various settings, including healthcare facilities, salons, and spas
Implement innovative concepts to deliver memorable floral experiences that promote wellness
Ensure the highest standards of quality and continuously improve floral design techniques
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of horticulture, flower species, and their properties
Provide expert guidance on plant care and maintenance for both clients and internal teams
Conduct workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and inspire others
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and growers

Requirements:

Prior experience in the field of floral aesthetics, horticulture, or a relevant discipline
Strong creative and artistic vision with a keen eye for detail
Passion for beauty, well-being, and nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and client preferences
Fluency in French and English
Valid driver's license
