Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing top-tier talent, and managing the hiring process to ensure a diverse and qualified workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and create job descriptions
Utilize various sourcing channels, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for interviews
Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hiring decisions
Manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiation, onboarding, and orientation
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and educational institutions, to support recruitment efforts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the brewing or hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
