We are excited to announce a new opportunity to make a meaningful impact at Dynex Technologies, a leading organization in the field of advanced technology and innovation. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Sustainable Innovation Team as a Community Advancement Specialist.

As a Community Advancement Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our commitment to social responsibility and environmental stewardship. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute community outreach programs and initiatives that align with our mission to create a sustainable and thriving future.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify opportunities for collaboration with local nonprofits and government organizations working towards social and environmental causes.
Design, implement, and manage community engagement strategies that promote awareness and support for our sustainability initiatives.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, influencers, and partner organizations.
Organize and lead educational workshops, seminars, and volunteer events to foster community involvement and drive positive change.
Track and measure the impact of community programs, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in sustainable development and corporate social responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Environmental Studies, Community Development, or Public Policy.
Prior experience in community engagement, project management, or sustainability initiatives preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire diverse audiences.
A passion for social and environmental issues, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
