Position Available: Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

Oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and lead construction teams, ensuring projects are executed within budget and on schedule.
Review project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and resolve any construction-related issues.
Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and identifying potential cost-saving measures.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all construction activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in construction project management, ideally within the transportation sector.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and relevant building codes.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
