Your Role

Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates
Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment processes to identify the best candidates for open positions
Manage job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective employer branding initiatives
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
