We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and onboard top talent in the design industry. Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
Source, attract, and evaluate candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and expectations
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the design industry
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
