Position: Eco-Friendly Culinary Curator
As an Eco-Friendly Culinary Curator, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing restaurant experiences that align with our sustainability principles and showcase the fusion of fashion and food. By creatively integrating local and organic ingredients, you will spearhead initiatives that promote a farm-to-table concept, reducing food waste, and supporting local suppliers. Collaborating with our renowned chefs, you will have the opportunity to create dishes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious. Your passion for sustainable, plant-based, and seasonal cuisine will enable us to create a gastronomic journey that leaves a lasting impression on our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Craft eco-friendly menus, incorporating local, organic, and seasonal ingredients
- Implement sustainable food practices, reducing waste and minimizing our environmental footprint
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to develop innovative plant-based dishes
- Establish relationships with local suppliers, supporting the community and fostering ethical collaborations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality culinary standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in culinary arts or a related field
- Passion for sustainable and plant-based cuisine
- Strong knowledge of organic and seasonal ingredients
- Awareness of eco-friendly practices within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
