Responsibilities:

Utilize various recruitment channels, both traditional and digital, to source and attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for different roles within the company.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including employer branding initiatives and participation in job fairs.
Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and making job offers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for different roles.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
