Job Description:

End-to-end management of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Developing effective and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Conducting thorough screening processes and selecting the best fit candidates.
Partnering with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent advice.
Building strong relationships with external vendors and industry professionals.
Implementing programs to enhance candidate experience and employer brand.
Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition role.
Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
