As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our innovative recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to drive our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative recruitment strategies and implement them effectively
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
Cooperate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other talent sources

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar role
Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
Strong knowledge of diverse sourcing techniques and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidates' technical and soft skills effectively
Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment goals
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
