Role Overview:

Innovate: Lead the product development process, driving innovation and creativity in the development of new Beauty/Healthcare products.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure successful product launches, market penetration, and growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
Project Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality and regulatory standards, collaborating with relevant stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the Beauty/Healthcare industry, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
