Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to promote cultural engagement within our team and in our external communications
Create and maintain relationships with community organizations that promote cultural diversity
Collaborate with various departments to create culturally inclusive content for our digital platforms
Assist in organizing and participating in cultural events and initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to cultural diversity and inclusion

Requirements:

Strong understanding of multiculturalism and the importance of inclusion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in creative content creation for digital platforms
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Experience in event planning and coordination
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
