Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our growing team in Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. As a People Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in unlocking the potential within our organization by strategizing, implementing, and evaluating talent development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive talent development strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and create tailored programs that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and performance evaluations to identify gaps and opportunities for individual and team growth.
  • Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Measure and evaluate the success of talent development initiatives through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development, adapting strategies as needed to remain competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Proficiency in using talent development software or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
