Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our growing team in Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. As a People Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in unlocking the potential within our organization by strategizing, implementing, and evaluating talent development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute comprehensive talent development strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and create tailored programs that align with business objectives.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and performance evaluations to identify gaps and opportunities for individual and team growth.
Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Measure and evaluate the success of talent development initiatives through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development, adapting strategies as needed to remain competitive.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or related fields.
Strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
Proficiency in using talent development software or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
