Responsibilities:

Implement innovative strategies for attracting top talent in the field of consumer rights protection.
Create and manage effective recruitment campaigns across various platforms, leveraging online tools and social media.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop customized recruitment plans.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit within the organization.
Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
Support the development and implementation of talent retention and development programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the consumer rights or related industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and market trends.
Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to identify top talent through various channels.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
