Position: Development Project Manager

About the Role:

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the successful delivery within time and budget constraints.
Collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to oversee the planning, design, and construction phases.
Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve project objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop effective strategies to mitigate any potential issues.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as contracts, permits, and reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and contractors.
Ability to analyze complex project data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools will be advantageous.
