Position Overview:

As a Construction Project Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction and renovation projects related to our healthcare facilities. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement and expansion of our infrastructure, allowing us to better serve the Nevada community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure adherence to project specifications
  • Oversee the construction process, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify project needs and objectives
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and processes
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
