Position: Guest Experience Specialist

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our Sky Hospitality Team as Guest Experience Specialists. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring each customer has a memorable and enjoyable journey with WestJet Airlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, boarding, and any inquiries they may have throughout their journey.
  • Deliver a warm and friendly welcome, creating a positive first impression for our guests.
  • Handle guest feedback and provide effective resolutions to any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain knowledge of current flight schedules, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests.
  • Collaborate with our diverse team to create a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, such as hotels or restaurants, is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and empathize with customers from various backgrounds.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as our operations run 24/7.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting luggage when required.
